Q: How do I submit my files?

A: You can submit files in one of two ways:

1. Create an online account at hotcards.com and upload your files at any time.
2. Email hotcards@mogulmind.com flattened PDFs or JPEGs. In the email include your name, contact info, size of file, quantity, shipping info etc.

Q: What specs are required for uploaded files?

A: All files must be submitted .25 inches larger than the final cut size to account for the bleeds. We suggest downloading the templates on the website. The resolution must be 300dpi or higher. Anything lower will not print at the best quality possible.

Q: What is the expected turnaround time?

A: Everything is printed within 48 hours. Allow more time for die cutting, folding, perforation etc. We do offer 24 hour turnaround. The cost is $50 extra and files must be submitted before noon to be finished the next day. Allow 1 extra day for shipping.

Q: When can I pick up from the Pittsburgh office?

A: Any order needed during the week, will be shipped. For those not paying for shipping, our driver brings back all orders on Friday nights. Delivery on Friday nights can be another option for a cost of $20.

Q: Do I have the option for perforation or folding?

A: We can print any size or shape as well as fold, perforate, staple etc. Please email any quote requests to hotcards@mogulmind.com.

Q: What kind of printing process do you use?

A: We print using CMYK, full color offset printing. CMYK are the four colors that make up all other colors in the world. They are short for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Files must not include any spot colors, only CMYK.
